Browse & Download from eReading Room for Kids

With OverDrive, you can borrow and enjoy free eBooks, audiobooks, and more from your library's digital collection. All you need to get started is an internet connection and a library card. 

eReading Room for Kids is a section of OverDrive that displays content only for kids. Kids can browse, sample, place holds and borrow eBooks appropriate for their age range and reading level. No adult content will appear in the search results. Checkouts andholds are processed the same way as the full version of the OverDrive website, so when kids are ready know how to use the full version, they'll already know how to navigate the pages.

Create an OverDrive account

To use the latest version of the OverDrive app (3.2), you'll need to create a free OverDrive account.

With an OverDrive account, you can authorize the OverDrive app to read protected eBooks, save a list of your libraries, filter search results on overdrive.com to show only titles from your libraries, and sync reading progress, bookmarks, and libraries across devices. Accounts are free, and only take a few moments to create.
