Building Services deals with all aspects of building within the Shire of Kalamunda, whether it is something as complex as a factory or Shopping Centre, or something as simple as a patio or garden shed. The role of Building Services is to control building construction. This is achieved by enforcing the requirements of the Building Act 2011, the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960, Building Regulations 2012, the Building Code of Australia, Local Laws and other statutory provisions.
