Booking of Reserves

The six major reserves can be booked by individuals or groups wishing to conduct sporting activities.  Other uses can be approved at the discretion of the Shire and this may include model air craft, special events and displays.  By booking a major reserve you have priority access to the reserve at that time and other users can not use the reserve.

Other reserves can not be booked and exclusive access can not be granted to any particular person or group.  However, if you are conducting a large event or commercial activity then please contact the Community Services Officer (Recreation) on 9257 9997 who will confirm your use.  This particularly applies to residents conducting events such as birthday parties where bouncy castles or other structures need to be erected. 

Permission is required before erecting any structures on Shire reserves.
