Council Facilities for Hire
The Shire of Kalamunda also has a variety of well equipped Community Facilities for hire throughout the Shire which are available for use by the community. These facilities can cater for everything from craft classes and meetings to weddings and large functions, all at very reasonable prices. All come with tables and chairs included for your convenience.

Kalamunda Agricultural Hall, Community Theatre & Performing Arts Centre
The Shire of Kalamunda boasts a wide range of facilities for hire including its premiere facility, the Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre. This superb centre comprises the Community Theatre, complete with a raked seating auditorium to seat an audience of 257, a large stage, ample dressing rooms, a well equipped Bio Box as well as a large back stage area which can be used for additional space or hired out independently for meetings or small performance. The theatre is complimented by its large foyer with a ticket box and bar area, which can be utilised for exhibitions.
The Theatre is adjacent to the Agricultural Hall which boasts a large capacity of 200 people and includes a large kitchen making it the perfect venue for all occasions from dance classes to weddings and even concerts and cabaret nights. The hall also contains the Lesser Hall which is perfect for those small intimate functions or exhibitions.
This magnificent facility is available for use by you the residents of the Shire of Kalamunda at very reasonable prices, and is suitable for a wide range of activities from intimate meetings right through to seminars and large functions.
