The City of Kalamunda is seeking comment on proposed Local Development Plan in regard to land located at Lot 8 (302) Hale Road, Wattle Grove.
The LDP provisions contained in the attached plan will guide development associated with the approved plan of subdivision for the subject site.
The proposed LDP incorporates variations to the Residential Design Codes (R Codes) deemed to comply requirements, with the aim to guide an appropriate and uniform built form outcome for the affected lots. The LDP proposes variations to the following elements of the R Codes:
- Minimum Open Space and Outdoor Living;
- Setbacks of Garages;
- Street Setbacks and Front Fences;
- Lot Boundary setbacks;
- Overshadowing; and
