The City of Kalamunda (the City) is seeking comment on proposed Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Scheme Amendment 93, which proposes to rezone Lot 65 Milner Road, Forrestfield from Industrial Development to Special Use. The purpose of the proposed Special Use Zone is to permit the development of a service station and amenity hub to support the Forrestfield/High Wycombe Industrial area and adjacent industrial areas.
