Known for its military-style group fitness approach, Boot Camp is a motivating programme that will help you to improve both your physical and mental fitness.
A diverse combination of exercises helps to boost results much quicker than typical exercise classes, with participants also reporting reduced stress levels and better sleeping patterns.

The 8-week Boot Camp is held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:10am to 7:10am and from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on both days.
