Have Your Say here
The City of Kalamunda is passionate about the local environment and quality environmental stewardship. To guide the first Local Environmental Strategy, the City of Kalamunda is calling on the community to provide the foundations for the document.
Mayor John Giardina said, “This is the community’s chance to share their environmental values and priorities. Information gathering is the most important phase of the Strategy, because we need to gain a clear understanding of how the community value the environment and what they see as the most important areas to be addressed.”
The Strategy will provide for quality environmental policy and a clear direction for decision-making for good environmental outcomes. It will assist the City with an integrated and coordinated approach for the delivery of environmental services.
