Walking is a wonderful way to keep fit. It is easy, free and good for people of all ages, both physically and mentally. Just 30 minutes a day can make a real difference.
Keep fit by joining a weekly City of Kalamunda Walking Group! The Groups are free and a great opportunity to socialise while looking after your health. Walk routes and lengths vary between 45–60 minutes depending on numbers.
The City of Kalamunda runs several Walking Groups throughout the City so now you can also socialise while you exercise!
