The City of Kalamunda, in partnership with A Balanced View Leisure Consultancy and in consultation with community through public consultation, have developed the Draft Maida Vale Reserve Master Plan.

The principal aim of the draft master plan is to provide a strategy to guide future enhancement and development of the reserve in a sustainable manner to maximise opportunities for active and passive recreation for the community. Maida Vale Reserve is an important asset for the community. The draft master plan aims to make the best use of the precinct to accommodate a range of sporting and community uses. It will recognise its value as a community asset and as a local centre for sport participation, community and leisure activities, and as an established environmental area.
