Notice of Western Australian Planning Commission’s Approval of a Telecommunications Facility at Lot 622 (42) Ledger Road, Gooseberry Hill (Ledger Road Reserve)
The Shire of Kalamunda has this week, received advice that the development application for a Proposed Mobile Phone Base Station at Ledger Road Reserve in Gooseberry Hill, has been conditionally approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
The matter was initially considered at the Special Council Meeting on 7 June 2016.
The approval is valid for two-years, which means the applicant would be required to begin works in the 24-month period or the approval will lapse and be of no further effect.
