The administration of the City of Kalamunda is under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. There are three administrative services, each reporting to a Committee of Councillors.

Rhonda Hardy

Appointed as CEO in July 2013

Rhonda has over 20 years’ experience working in diverse organisations, and has spent the last 12 years working in senior management roles in the Local Government Sector.

Rhonda possesses a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Local Government Managers Association and the Australian Institute of Human Resources Management. She has a proven track record of strong leadership in various multidisciplinary organisations, business improvement, achievement of financial goals and a high level ability to negotiate complex issues and resolve conflict.
