Provision is made during these meetings for question time from the gallery. This provides members of the public with the opportunity to ask the Council questions on matters of special interest related to the operations of either Council or the particular Standing Committee attended.

Members of the public have an opportunity to talk to items presented to the Council.
If you have an interest in a matter that will be put before a council meeting please contact the City for further information on 9257 9999.

Due to the more formal nature of the full Council Meeting, people with interest in an item to be considered by Council may only address the Council on this item through a formal deputation.
